Getting a world-class calibration is simple. Here’s the full journey from your garage to ours and back.
Remove your ECU
Disconnect the negative battery terminal first, unclip the wiring harness gently, and slide the ECU out of its bracket. Most units live under the seat, near the battery or behind a panel.
Pack it securely
Wrap the unit in an anti-static bag or bubble wrap inside a rigid box, padded so it can’t move. Include your order confirmation with your vehicle details and list of modifications.
Ship it — tracked
Send it with an insured, tracked courier of your choice. Your ECU is a high-value computer — tracking means it’s covered, and you can watch its journey to our facility.
Flash & return
We scan your ECU on arrival, load your optimised calibration, and test it — within 24–48 hours. Then it’s couriered straight back to your doorstep, fully tracked. Plug in and ride.
